Strategy and Governance

Transparent association management builds trust among members and the public. While the Executive Committee sets the strategic course, specialised committees ensure the professional excellence and independence of bso.

The Executive Committee – Strategic Management

The Executive Committee is the highest governing body of bso. It is elected by the General Assembly and is responsible for the long-term strategy, professional policy positioning, and financial management. Through a clear distribution of portfolios (ressorts), strategic decisions are made efficiently and communicated transparently.
