Committees of the bso
The committees are responsible for the strategic, technical and association policy tasks of our organisation. They form the foundation for the association work and ensure technical expertise. Please address any enquiries regarding committees, commissions or working groups directly to the relevant department.
Ombudsman's office
The bso ombudsman service is an independent and neutral point of contact for complaints, conflicts or sensitive issues. It offers professional support in the event of disagreements relating to the bso or its members. All enquiries are treated as strictly confidential and are not forwarded internally.
