Admission Criteria
Admisstion as a bso training partner is based on transparent standards and ensures first-class qualifications for consulting professionals. A contractual partnership is subject to the following criteria:
- Structure: A training duration of at least two years
- Attendance: At least 410 hours supervised by lecturers
- Reflection: Integration of mandatory teaching supervision
- Transfer: Proof of at least 40 hours of documented practice
- Expertise: Employment of qualified and experienced teaching staff
- Monitoring: Implementation of a verifiable quality assurance
Compliance with these standards forms the basis for bso accreditation and is regularly reviewed as part of our quality assurance process.


Fees
The contributions from our training partners fund the continuous quality assurance as well as bso’s extensive marketing and networking offerings. They represent an investment in the excellence and visibility of professional consulting in Switzerland.
Initial Admission Process
- Deposit of CHF 750 (due upon application for intial interview)
- Balance: CHF 4,000 (due upon submission of full documentation)
Annual Membership Fee
- Services: ongoing association work, listing in the expert network, access to professional events
- Quality Seal: Includes use of the bso label
Partnership Renewal
- A bso contractual partnership is valid for five years.
- Once the period has expired, it can be extended for another five years via a renewal process.
